Booking conditions — deposits, balances, changes, cancellations and what happens if a visa is refused — are being prepared and will be published in full before any booking is taken.

What this site does today

• This website cannot take a booking or a payment. There is no checkout.
• Every trip is quoted individually, and the terms that apply are set out in writing with that quote before you pay anything.
• Embassy and airline charges follow each authority’s own rules, which we will state in writing rather than summarise here.
